To ensure that we can offer you the best service possible, we kindly ask you to take note of the following important policies regarding appointments.
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows result in significant loss of time and resources. Therefore, any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. For cancellations made less than 3 hours before your appointment or in the case of no-shows, the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be charged.
In the event of a cancellation or no-show, any future appointments will be canceled until the outstanding amount has been paid via bank transfer.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be automatically canceled and charged the full cost of the treatment. Additionally, appointments that are more than 30 minutes late will also be canceled and charged the full cost of the treatment.
Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full service you requested.
If you wish to downgrade (cancellation of a part of scheduled appointment) your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. However, if you wish to upgrade your appointment, you may do so if there is availability in your technician’s schedule. If the desired service requires more time than your scheduled appointment allows, your technician will inform you, and you may decide, if time permits, to continue with the service at the full upgraded price.
The indicated appointment time represents the duration allocated for your technician to complete the service. It is possible that your appointment may finish sooner or later than the allotted time.
