To ensure that we can offer you the best service possible, we kindly ask you to take note of the following important policies regarding appointments.
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list.
Late cancellations and no-shows result in significant loss of time and resources. Therefore, any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. For cancellations made less than 3 hours before your appointment or in the case of no-shows, the full cost of the scheduled treatment will be charged.
In the event of a cancellation or no-show, any future appointments will be canceled until the outstanding amount has been paid via bank transfer.

Late Arrivals:
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Appointments that are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be automatically canceled and charged the full cost of the treatment. Additionally, appointments that are more than 30 minutes late will also be canceled and charged the full cost of the treatment.
Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the full service you requested.
Appointment Changes:
If you wish to downgrade (cancellation of a part of scheduled appointment) your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. However, if you wish to upgrade your appointment, you may do so if there is availability in your technician’s schedule. If the desired service requires more time than your scheduled appointment allows, your technician will inform you, and you may decide, if time permits, to continue with the service at the full upgraded price.
Appointment Duration:
The indicated appointment time represents the duration allocated for your technician to complete the service. It is possible that your appointment may finish sooner or later than the allotted time.
Kids, Pets and guests :
No children or pets are permitted in the salon due to safety hazards such as sharp equipment, hot tools, and chemicals. We understand that life is hectic and stressful; in our salon, we attempt to provide you with a pleasant, nurturing experience away from the turmoil of life. We appreciate you scheduling childcare or pet care on the day of your visit so that we can keep this space comfortable for all of our clients.
Also, please only come if you have an appointment.
There is no waiting room where your companion can wait for you while you receive the services.
Payment options :
We kindly request non- cash payment, if possible.
If you have a Dutch bank account, you can pay via Tikkie.
If you do not have one, credit card using an online payment system is also possible.
Preparing for Your Lash Appointment:
To ensure a smooth and efficient service, please arrive for your appointment with clean eyes, allowing more time for the treatment and less time for makeup removal. Please ensure that all mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow are thoroughly removed before your appointment. Additionally, we kindly ask you to avoid applying moisturizers and sunblock near the eye area before your appointment, as these oils may prevent the lash extensions from adhering properly to your natural lashes.
Preparing for Your Nail Appointment:
If you require additional gel nail removal, nail repair, nail extensions, or nail art after your reservation is conformed, please feel free to contact us.
Please be aware that our ability to accommodate these requests may depend on the availability of time slots.
Additionally, in cases where the requested treatment significantly extends the allotted time, we may kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.
